The primary goal of this position is to recruit a Software Developer who is proficient also in C#. This individual will play a crucial role in both training users and collaborating closely with our development team. Additionally, the role encompasses bug resolution, user support, and acting as the on-site system support liaison for the remote development team.

You will be required to show proof of previous work completed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in C# is also mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and basic principles of software engineering.
  • Knowledge of Unity will be greatly advantageous

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to nontechnical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong self-discipline is required as this person will mostly work unsupervised

Duties & Responsibilities

Development and Maintenance:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications using Python and C#.
  • Participate in the coding, testing, debugging, and implementation phases of the development cycle.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on the functionalities of the software systems and integration.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to team goals.
  • Understand and analyse bugs/issues reported by users.
  • Directly resolve bugs when possible or accurately relay detailed bug reports to the development team for further action.
  • Serve as the primary system support person on site, acting as a bridge between the users and the remote development team.
  • Monitor system performance, respond to user inquiries, and provide timely solutions to issues encountered.
  • Document all relevant information pertaining to bug reports, system updates, and user feedback to ensure clear communication within the team.
